This award is for first time female film-makers who would like to create erotic films that dare to question porn clichés and show sex in innovative and creative ways.
The theme of the short film competition is: “What is erotic to you?”. The maximum duration of the films is five minutes. The genre is open – from animation to documentary or erotic vignettes – we welcome all films that show sex and eroticism in an innovative, creative and artistic way. We appreciate all flavours of sexuality – from vanilla to fetish, straight to gay, gender play to gender- bending whatever is most erotic to you as a woman is what we would like to see. We value films that promote safe sex.

Lástima que hayan tenido que meter la corrección del «safe sex». Ya bastante me amarga la vida tener que cuidarme en la cama, por lo menos quiero disfrutar el porno sin protección.

Siempre he acariciado la idea de presentarme a un certamen girls-only (narrativa, foto, cortos, lo que sea) bajo seudónimo o usando a una amiga de coartada para que firme ella el trabajo.
Es una maldad y puede que un poco de rabieta por ser un hombre y quedar excluido, pero la pregunta es: ¿Se notaría? ¿Alguien se daría cuenta?
Y si la respuesta es «no, nadie lo notaría», entonces, ¿tienen sentido estas convocatorias restringidas? ¿Qué define un corto hecho por mujeres, salvo el nombre de la directora?
Y ya puestos: ¿Si se presenta una transexual cuenta como mujer? ¿Y un travesti? ¿operado o sin operar?
