Between the Waves, de Tejal Shah, en la Documenta 13

Between the Waves, is a multi-channel video installation composed of performative film, text, animation and the spacialisation of sound. The work emerges through the artist’s recent interest in evolution models that present non-normative complexities and excesses of species and nature. With this project, Shah enunciates her own idiosyncratic versions of the relationship between Animal—Human—Machine—Divine, informed by interspecies and post-colonial studies, biological exhuberance and post-porn theories to cite a few.
